WHAT WE OFFER
Onsite Support Service– We are experienced with a broad range of computers, IT equipment an dsoftware, we also supply onsite fixed and wireless network setup,security and configuration, hardware repairs and setup, new system installs, virus & spyware removal and software configuration.
Phone Support- We offer computer phone support from 9.00am to 5.00pm Monday to Friday and from 9.00am to 4pm Saturday, excluding Public holidays. You call us and we listen, answer your questions and provide a solution,including advice on computer purchases and requirements, internet plans, software solutions and more. You don’t even need to be on a monthly support plan to use our services!
We charge a small surcharge for support out of hours, please refer to the pricing information below
