Cloudnet Rates and charges

Normal support rates

Onsite Service callout - $65 (Perth Metro)

Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm Onsite service - $45 per half hour ($155 min onsite charge)

Online Remote Support – $55 per 15 minute block.

Phone support - $25.00 per call (Max 15 minutes)

After hours and Saturday Rates
Onsite service - $65 per half hour or part of thereafter.($180 min onsite charge)

Online Remote Support – $65 per 15 minute block.

Phone support - $35 per call (Max 15 minutes)

Please note we do not offer account terms, all work must be paid on site on completion of job, we accept, cash, credit or Eftpos. Credit card details will be required before any remote or phone support is commenced
